[IGSMAIL-8612] WTZS00DEU: decommissioned

Dear Colleagues,

BKG has decided that IGS station 

WTZS00DEU (Wettzell Geodetic Observatory, Germany)

should be decommissioned as an official IGS station. The reason for this decision is the insufficient stability of its monumentation.  The time series show clear nonlinear behavior in the horizontal and vertical components. The station is located next to Wettzell clock facility and was established primarily for time keeping applications. The monument is not suitable for reference frame realization.

There are still a number of long-term GNSS stations at Wettzell as part of the IGS network.
