[IGSMAIL-8605] New address for GNSS data and products at GFZ

Dear colleagues,

Our GNSS data and data products are distributed via data centers of the International GNSS Service and GFZ’s Information System and Data Center (ISDC). Currently, the ISDC is undergoing some significant upgrades. 

In the first step, the old FTP directories are replaced with a more user-friendly HTTPS directory. 
Please use the address https://isdc-data.gfz.de/gnss/ to access our data and products. 
The old FTP protocol will be supported until December, 31, 2025.

We kindly ask that you adjust your scripts and download the necessary tools. We are available to answer any questions you may have.
Additionally, we would like to remind you about our DOIs, which provide a summary of the background information and metadata for our data and products.
