[IGSMAIL-8597] igs20_2370: Update including new GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G081 and GLONASS constellation change (R720/R807)

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2370.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1) According to the IGS satellite metadata file<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx?_gl=1*a69uf*_ga*NTU2NDgyMzczLjE3MzI0NzU1MTA.*_ga_Z5RH7R682C*MTc0MTA5ODU4MC4xNS4xLjE3NDEwOTk0OTMuNjAuMC4w> following new satellite launch (GPS BLOCK IIIA G081) and constellation changes have been added:

    Decommissioned:
    G045 (G21): 2025 04 04 23 59 59 (BLOCK IIR-A)
    R720 (R19):  2025 05 16 21 44 59 (GLONASS-M)
    R807(R25): 2025 05 16 21 44 59 (GLONASS-K1)

   Added:
   R720 (R25): 2025 05 16 21 45 00 (GLONASS-M)
   R807 (R19): 2025 05 16 21 45 00 (GLONASS-K1)
   G081 (G21): 2025 05 30 00 00 00 (New GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G081 with preliminary PCO values)


2) Five new antenna calibrations which have been performed by Geo++ GmbH:

-  One antenna calibration was copied from GMXZENITH06 NONE. According to the manufacturer the antennas are identical in construction:
      GMXZENITH06PRO  NONE

-  Two antenna calibrations provided by South Geo-information:
       KOLK6           NONE
       RSIROVA1S       NONE

-  Two antenna calibrations provided by TI Asahi Co. Ltd.:
       TIAPENG7H+      NONE
       TIAPENGX2A      NONE
