[IGSMAIL-8591] Delay in IGS Rapid products of 2025135 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 4 hours in the availability of IGS combined Rapid products for the year 2025, day 135 (GPS week 2366, day of week 4). The delay was caused by a problem in reading the broadcast orbits. The products have now been generated and deposited to the global data centres.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
