*Dear Colleagues,*

We are pleased to share with you the 2nd Announcement for the upcoming EUREF 
Symposium and AC Workshop 2025, which will be held at the Universidade da Beira 
Interior (UBI) in Covilhã, Portugal, from June 24th to 26th, 2025.

*Symposium Program*

•June 24 – AC & Repro3 Workshop: Focused technical discussions and knowledge 
exchange among EUREF Analysis Centers and Repro3 stakeholders.

•June 25–26 – Main Symposium: Scientific sessions addressing key topics in 
European Geodesy, Reference Frames, and applications.

*Important Update: Extension of Early Bird Registration*

The early bird registration has been extended until May 2nd, 2025!

Participants wishing to benefit from the early rate must complete their 
registration by this date. Please note that while the payment can be made later, 
timely registration is mandatory to secure the discounted rate.

*National Reports & Poster Presentations*

National Reports are highly encouraged to be submitted in the form of poster 
presentations, with the possibility of being highlighted (1 pptx/pdf slide) 
during a dedicated poster introduction session. Alternatively, 5-minute oral 
slot within the program (session 2) is possible. A poster printing service will 
be made available (details to follow shortly).

*Shuttle Services*

Participants may register for the shuttle service at the time of general 
registration or separately at a later date once travel arrangements are 
confirmed. Please note that shuttle registration will close on June 15th, 2025, 
together with the general registration.
