[IGSMAIL-8574] igs20_2356: Update including two new BEIDOU-3M-SECM satellites (C234 and C235)

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2356.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1) According to the IGS satellite metadata file<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx?_gl=1*a69uf*_ga*NTU2NDgyMzczLjE3MzI0NzU1MTA.*_ga_Z5RH7R682C*MTc0MTA5ODU4MC4xNS4xLjE3NDEwOTk0OTMuNjAuMC4w> two new BEIDOU-3M-SECM satellites C234 (C47) and C235 (C49) have been added. As preliminary PCO values the offsets have been copied from BEIDOU-3M-SECM satellite C225.
- BEIDOU-3M-SECM C47 (C234): Starting from 19. September 2024
- BEIDOU-3M-SECM C49 (C235): Starting from 19. September 2024

2) Three new antenna calibrations which have been performed by Geo++ GmbH:

  - Two antenna calibrations provided by JAVAD GNSS, INC.:
    JAVRINGANT_3L   NONE
    JAVRINGANT_3L   JAVD

 - One antenna calibration provided by Stonex SRL:
    STXS850         NONE
