We observed a repositioning event with respect to G21/G045 on:

21-Feb-2025 03:40:17 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our
IGS analysis summary for GPS week 2354.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
      2.8 mm/sec (radial)
   -580.4 mm/sec (along track)
    -12.6 mm/sec (out of plane)
