[IGSMAIL-8562] igs20_2353.atx: Update including GLONASS R733 and R803 PRN change

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2353.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1)  According to the IGS satellite metadata SINEX file released (modification of the 5. February 2025, (IGS satellite metadata file<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx?_gl=1*iefme9*_ga*NTU2NDgyMzczLjE3MzI0NzU1MTA.*_ga_Z5RH7R682C*MTczOTI4MDAzNS41LjEuMTczOTI4MDEwMS42MC4wLjA.>) following modifications have been made:

  Decommissioned:

    R06 (R803): decommission date: 2025 02 01 04 30 30

    R26 (R733): decommission date: 2025 02 01 02 15 00

Added

    R06 (R733): valid from: 2025 02 01 05 00 00

    R26 (R803): valid from: 2025 02 01 04 31 00

2) 6 additional antenna type calibrations have been added:

  *   Three robot calibration from Geo++ GmbH provided by Shanghai Huace Navigation Technology Ltd. have been added:

  CHCI89          NONE

   CHCI93          NONE

   GMTGAT10        NONE

  *   One additional robot antenna calibration was added

   GNXZENITH55     NONE

According to GNXZENITH55 amd GMXZENITH60 are identical in construction. Therefore, calibrations values were copied from "GNXZENITH60     NONE"

  *   One additional robot calibration from Geoscience Australia provided by Kurloo Technology Pty Ltd. has been added

   KRL_FTYPE       NONE

  *   One additional robot calibration from Geo++ GmbH provided by Stonex SRL has been added

   STXS880         NONE
