[IGSMAIL-8550] Delay in the IGS Rapid products of 2025005 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 4.5 hours in the delivery of IGS Rapid products for day 005 of the year 2025 (GPS week 2348, day of week 0). The failure happened due to an issue in an ERP file used for conversion of the IGS broadcast navigation file to SP3. The issue has now been resolved, and the products have been uploaded to the global data centres.
