[IGSMAIL-8545] Delay in the IGS Rapid products of 2024362 and Ultra-Rapid products of 20243620600 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 2 hours in the delivery of IGS Ultra-Rapid products for day 362 of the year 2024 (GPS week 2346, days of week 5-6), hour 0600, as well as a delay of about 4.5 hours in the delivery of IGS Rapid products for day 362 of the year 2024 (GPS week 2346, day of week 5). Both failures were caused by a problem in the storage disk of the operational server. The issue is now resolved, and the products have been uploaded to the global data centres.
