[IGSMAIL-8505] Delay in the IGS Rapid products of 2024248 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 3.5 hours in the delivery of IGS Rapid products for day 248 of the year 2024 (GPS week 2330, day of week 3). Work has been in progress to resolve an issue with the overflow of the processes, which has caused the delay, and we are actively monitoring the system to avoid similar events in future.
