[IGSMAIL-8495] Delay in IGS Rapid products of 2024214 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 3 hours in the IGS Rapid products for day 214 of the year 2024 (GPS week 2325, day of week 4). The delay occurred due to an overflow of the processes, which resulted in slower than usual processing speeds. The issue has been identified and resolved to prevent future occurrences.
