[IGSMAIL-8480] Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem: Combined orbit product for Sentinel-3 and -6 missions published

The Copernicus POD Service (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.asr.2024.02.056) is glad to announce that the POD combined solution (COMB) has been officially released for the Sentinel-3 and Sentinel-6 missions on the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem (https://dataspace.copernicus.eu/<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/dataspace.copernicus.eu/__;!!MvyJQugb!DrmgU6pHITx6d4W7sm9DV1rXcNTHYRCTHD6aLexf8a5r28gH1zAn6sXWNJ9FVKOkQyTIupOte4oqyXhU5gn_$>). The data can be explored using the Copernicus Browser (https://browser.dataspace.copernicus.eu<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/browser.dataspace.copernicus.eu__;!!MvyJQugb!DrmgU6pHITx6d4W7sm9DV1rXcNTHYRCTHD6aLexf8a5r28gH1zAn6sXWNJ9FVKOkQyTIupOte4oqyT2oQWou$>). This interface has replaced the former Copernicus Open Access Hub for all Copernicus Sentinel POD products, and can be accessed through web browsers and public APIs.

The COMB solution (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.asr.2022.04.036) is generated by a weighted mean from solutions of the different CPOD Quality Working Group centres (AIUB, CLS/GRGS, CNES, DGFI - TU Munich, DLR, ESOC, EUMETSAT, GFZ, GMV, NASA/JPL, NASA/GSFC, TU Delft, and TU Graz), and is considered the most accurate orbit solution for the Copernicus Sentinel satellites.
