[IGSMAIL-8464] Re: IGS Symposium: abstract deadline is extended

Dear colleagues,

since the IGS Central Bureau and we received a number of requests we 
decided to extend the deadline for the abstract submissions by one week 
to *May 10th 2024, 23:39CEST*

This is the final deadline that still allows us to keep the further 
schedule with the abstract notification by May 24th.
