[IGSMAIL-8461] igs20_2309: Update reactivated GPS BLOCK IIF satellite G049

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2309.atx'. It contains the following changes:


  1.  According to GPS NANU 2024020 (navcen.uscg.gov/sites/default/files/gps/nanu/2024/2024020.nnu<https://www.navcen.uscg.gov/sites/default/files/gps/nanu/2024/2024020.nnu>) BLOCK IIR-M satellite G049 will resume transmitting L-Band utilizing PRN 01 starting from the 22. April 2024.

Therefore, following entry has been added:



G01 (G049): 22. April 2024

GPS NANU 2024020:

NOTICE ADVISORY TO NAVSTAR USERS (NANU) 2024020 NANU TYPE: GENERAL
*** GENERAL MESSAGE TO ALL GPS USERS ***
On approximately 22 APR 2024, SVN49 will resume transmitting L-band utilizing PRN01; at L-band activation, SVN49/PRN01 will be unusable until further notice (additionally, no broadcast almanacs will include SVN49/PRN01 until further notice).
*** GENERAL MESSAGE TO ALL GPS USERS ***



  1.  According to CODE GPS BLOCK IIF satellite G063 (G01)has stopped transmitting on the 11. April 2024. Therefore, following decommission date was added:

G01 (G063): 11. April 2024
