[IGSMAIL-8451] Delay in the IGS ultra-rapid products of GPS week 2308, doy 06, hour 00 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was another delay of about 2.5 hours in the submission of the IGS ultra-rapid products of GPS week 2308, day of week 6 (year 2024, day of year 096), hour 00. The delay happened due to an issue in one of the AC submissions with missing predicted orbits, which was not captured by the combination software and caused the combination to fail. The products have been recombined and submitted to the global data centres now, and the issue will be investigated to avoid future similar problems.
