[IGSMAIL-8444] WGS 84 (G2296) TRF

Dear Colleagues,

The NGA Office of Geomatics, GNSS Division has recently produced a realization of the WGS 84 Terrestrial Reference Frame (TRF), named WGS 84 (G2296). It is aligned to the ITRF2020 in order to remain consistent with the International Terrestrial Reference Frame. This WGS 84 TRF has been implemented in the NGA precise orbit and clock products starting on 7 January 2024, which are available under the "GNSS" tab here:

NGA has also concurrently adopted the Antenna Phase Offsets (APOs) from the IGS20 ANTEX file for all GPS satellites in the NGA Office of Geomatics precise orbit and clock products. For more information on both the TRF and APO changes to NGA GNSS products, please see the paper linked below.
