[IGSMAIL-8439] igs20_2303.atx: Update including two new BEIDOU-3M-CAST satellites (C232 and C233)

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2303.atx'. It contains the following changes:


  1.  Two BEIDOU-3M-CAST satellites C232 and C233 have been launched in 2023. As preliminary PCO values the values from BEIDOU-3M-CAST satellite C228 has been assigned to the two new satellites.

C232 (C50): 2023 12 26

C233 (C48): 2023 12 26



  1.  According to DLR (MGEX Metadata - International GNSS Service (igs.org)<https://igs.org/mgex/metadata/#metadata>) in December 2023 the two GLONASS-K2 satellite R803 and GLONASS-K1 satellite R807 have swoped their PRN assignments for approx. one week and afterwards swapped back to the original assignment. Therefore, in accordance with the satellite metadata SINEX file (IGS satellite metadata file<https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx?_gl=1*1i7sjjp*_ga*OTYxNzYyMjA2LjE2NzU4NDY2MTU.*_ga_Z5RH7R682C*MTcwODk2MjEwOC42Mi4xLjE3MDg5NjIxMTcuNTEuMC4w>) following entries have been added:

R803 was changed during the time period 2023 12 7 7 30 0.0 until 2023 12 14 10 29 59.0 from R26 to R25
R807 was changed during the time period 2023 12 7 2 30 0.0 until 2023 12 14 10 29 59.0 from R25 to R26


3)    One additional antenna type calibration has been added that was performed by Geo++ GmbH



      - One robot calibration provided by Guangzhou GEOSURV Technology Co., Ltd has been added:
         GING40          NONE
