[IGSMAIL-8433] Looking for agencies willing to donate/loan unused GNSS equipment

Dear Colleagues,

We are looking for agencies willing to loan or donate unused (but working) GNSS 
equipment (receivers and/or antennas), that was most probably replaced by more 
recent models. The GNSS equipment will be used to monitor, in collaboration with 
African agencies, several African volcanoes. All collected GNSS data will be 
openly shared and the owners of the GNSS equipment will be properly acknowledged.

If you might be willing to contribute, we would appreciate to get a first 
(informal!) idea of your possibilities by Feb. 14 by sending an email to R. 
Fernandes <rui at segal.ubi.pt> and C. Bruyninx <C.Bruyninx at oma.be>.

Of course, also feel free to contact us if you need more details. We can discuss 
later the most suitable ways to formalize your contribution (donation, long-term 
loan)
