[IGSMAIL-8417] IGS webpage and repository demonstrating phase clock/bias combination

Dear Colleagues,
The IGS PPP-AR Pilot Project has established self-explained webpages showing the results of satellite phase clock/bias combination over AC’s individual contributions. The links are

Both webpages are updated on a weekly basis, with illustrations provided by Wuhan University. Thank all contributing ACs for their valuable work. Users can also access this webpage to be aware of the status of AC-specific phase bias products and facilitate their PPP work based on IGS products.
In addition, for demonstration purposes, since 2024, the combined phase bias products (WMC0DEMRAP and WMC0DEMFIN) have been uploaded routinely to the Wuhan FTP along with the combined orbits and clocks (ftp://igs.gnsswhu.cn/pub/whu/phasebias). The latency is from one to a few weeks. At the moment, the WMC0DEMRAP orbits, clocks and phase biases have sampling rates of 5 minutes, 5 minutes and 1 day, while the WMC0DEMFIN have the sampling rates of 5 minutes, 30 s and 1 day, respectively. A summary file (CLS.SUM) for each day’s combination statistics is also uploaded.
