[IGSMAIL-8415] Resubmission of IGS final clocks GPS week 2293 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a resubmission of the IGS final clocks for GPS week 2293. The previous clocks slightly suffered from the impact of outlier solutions for days 0 and 1 of the week, which is resolved in the resubmitted products.

The orbits are not impacted by this resubmission.
