[IGSMAIL-8410] Additional real-time ephemeris data streams provided by CAS

Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce that additional real-time ephemeris data streams are available from CAS. The mountpoints BCEP00CAS0 and BCEP01CAS0 are accessible now at the IGS BKG caster http://products.igs-ip.net:2101

CAS RT-combined ephemerides, which support GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BDS constellations, are generated using the IGS Real-Time Service (RTS) tracking network. Note that BECP00CAS0 currently does not include additional ephemeris integrity monitoring, whereas BECP01CAS0 is generated with our initially developed ephemeris integrity monitoring algorithms. We have been working to improve the continuity and availability of the provided ephemeris data streams. As such, your feedbacks are highly appreciated.
