[IGSMAIL-8391] G01/G063 repositioning (20-Nov-2023)

NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to G01/G063 on:

20-Nov-2023 16:48:20 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our
IGS analysis summary for GPS week 2289.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
      4.2 mm/sec (radial)
    296.0 mm/sec (along track)
     -0.4 mm/sec (out of plane)

Note: We could not find any GPS NANU message that would indicate this
particular FCSTDV event.
