[IGSMAIL-8386] igs20_2287: Update including GLONASS-K2 satellite R803

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2287.atx'. It contains the following changes:


  1.  According to https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx the GLONASS-K2 satellite R803 (R26) started to transmit on the 8. September 2023. Therefore, following entry was added:

R26 (R803): 8. September 2023

ESOC, DLR, and CODE have estimated preliminary PCO values for the new GLONASS-K2 satellite. The PCO values reflect a mean value of the three estimations (rounded). Once the final PCO values are known, the PCO values will be updated:

X: 110cm
Y:  0cm
Z: 90cm


  1.  According to https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx the GLONASS-K1 satellite R801 (R26) has stopped transmitting on the 26. October 2020. Therefore, following decommission date was added:

R26 (R801): 26. October 2020

3)      One additional antenna type calibration has been added that was performed by Geo++ GmbH:

       - One robot calibration provided by Leica Geosystems AG has been added:
         LEIICG160       NONE
