[IGSMAIL-8380] Delay in IGS ultra-rapid products GPS Week/DOW/HOUR 2283/6/00 (Year/DOY/HOUR 2023/286/00) [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 4.5 hours in the submission of the IGS ultra-rapid products for hour 00 of the GPS week 2283, day of week 6 (year 2023, day of year 286). The delay was caused by a failure in the disk mounting of the IGS ACC operational instance. We ran the combination and uploaded the files manually after a few hours.
