[IGSMAIL-8364] igs20.atx: Update including new BEIDOU-3G-CAST satellite (C231)

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.

The new release is called 'igs20_2272.atx'. It contains the following

changes:


1) According to MGEX Constellations - International GNSS Service (igs.org)<https://igs.org/mgex/constellations/#beidou> a new BEIDOU-3G-CAST satellite was launched on the 5. Mai 2023.
    Following entry has been added:



    C62 (C231): 05. Mai 2023



    As preliminary PCOs the values from BEIDOU-3G-CAST C217 has been used.


2) One additional antenna type calibration has been added that was performed by Geo++ GmbH



      - One robot calibration provided by  Trimble Inc. has been added:
         TRMR580         NONE


The updated antenna correction model is available at
