[IGSMAIL-8329] IGS repro3 SINEX solutions for 2021-2022

Dear colleagues,
The set of daily and weekly combined terrestrial frame (SINEX) solutions from the 3rd IGS reprocessing campaign (repro3) has now been extended up to GPS week 2237 (November 26, 2022).
The extended repro3 SINEX combination products are the same and follow the same file naming convention as those for the period 1994-2020 (see [ https://lists.igs.org/pipermail/igsmail/2021/008022.html | IGSMAIL-8026 ] ), except for one small detail: the files containing the residuals from the daily SINEX combinations are now called *RES.SUM instead of *RES.RES to comply with [ https://files.igs.org/pub/resource/guidelines/Guidelines_For_Long_Product_Filenames_in_the_IGS_v2.0.pdf | the latest IGS long product filename convention ] .
The extended repro3 SINEX combination products are for now available at [ ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/repro3 | ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/repro3 ] . They will soon be uploaded to CDDIS.
They are based on the contributions from 6 Analysis Centers:
* COD (Center for Orbit Determination in Europe)
* GFZ (GeoForschungsZentrum)
* GRG (Groupe de Recherche en Géodésie Spatiale)
* MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)
* NGS (National Geodetic Survey)
* ULR (Université de la Rochelle)
which are gratefully acknowledged for their effort in extending their repro3 series.
Like the combined repro3 SINEX solutions for the period 1994-2020, the extended repro3 SINEX solutions are expressed in the IGSR3 reference frame and consistent with the igsR3.atx antenna phase center corrections (see [ https://lists.igs.org/pipermail/igsmail/2021/008022.html | IGSMAIL-8026 ] ). Note however that a full parallel series of repro3 SINEX solutions, expressed in the IGS20 reference frame and made consistent with the igs20.atx antenna phase center corrections (see [ https://lists.igs.org/pipermail/igsmail/2022/008234.html | IGSMAIL-8238 ] ), has also been derived and is available upon request.
With this extension of the repro3 series up to the date of the switch of the IGS operational products to the IGS20/igs20.atx framework and the repro3 standards, it is now possible to form full, long-term IGS combined station position time series consistent with that framework. Such station position time series are available at [ ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/crd | ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/crd ] , where they will be updated on a weekly basis. Their format is described in [ ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/README_crd | ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub/README_crd ] .
Time series of other by-products from the daily IGS repro3/operational SINEX combinations are also available, and will similarly be updated on a weekly basis, including:
