[IGSMAIL-8321] Delay in the ultra-rapid orbits of GPS week 2252, dow 5, hour 0 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a problem in the ultra-rapid combination of the orbits for GPS week 2252, dow 5, hour 0 (IGS0OPSULT_20230680000*) that went unnoticed until today, therefore causing a delay of four days in providing the ultra-rapid products for this occasion. The system did not issue an automatic error notification to the analysts for this occasion, which was the main reason the error was unnoticed. An issue with one analysis centre orbit solution, again not captured by the automatic procedures at the time, resulted in an error in the combination.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused for you. We will continue working on improving the automated procedures to avoid such issues as much as possible in future.
