[IGSMAIL-8263] Delay in IGS Rapid products GPS week 2230, day of week 3 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay of about 5 hours in the submission of the IGS rapid products for GPS week 2230, day of week 3. The delay was caused by a problem in retrieving broadcast navigation data from the global data centres. This issue is resolved now, and the IGS combined products were generated and deposited to the global data centres.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
