[IGSMAIL-8229] igs14_2218.atx: Update including new GLONASS-K1 satellite R806

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs14_2218.atx'. It contains the following 
change:


1) According to 
https://www.nasaspaceflight.com/2022/07/russian-glonass-k-launch/ and
    https: https://www.glonass-iac.ru/en/sostavOG/ a new GLONASS-K1 
satellites satellite (R806, COSPAR ID 2022-075A)
    was launched on 7. July 2022. Therefore, the following satellite has 
been added to igs14.atx:


    R22 (R806): 7. July 2022


    The following PRELIMINARY phase center offset (PCO) values were 
assigned
    (the z-PCO being the mean value of R801 and R802 rounded to 5 cm):

    PCO_X = 0.0 cm
    PCO_Y = 0.0 cm
    PCO_Z = 205.0 cm



  2) According to CODE the satellite R7335 stopped transmitting in June
     The following decommission date has been added:

     R22 (R735): 4. June 2022



  3) One additional antenna type calibration has been added that where 
performed by Geo++ GmbH:

   - One robot calibration provided by Trimble Inc.:
     TRMR780         NONE
