[IGSMAIL-8226] Transition from FTP at GA Regional Data Centre [SEC=OFFICIAL]

[GA GNSS Operations]

Dear IGS Colleagues,

To comply with our organization's information security requirements, we are going to transition away from FTP access to our RINEX data by the 30th of September 2022.

Access to the RINEX data will still be openly available via either SFTP, S3 Bucket or Web API. Information on accessing the data via these methods can be found at https://data.gnss.ga.gov.au/docs/home/data-access.html.

If you have any concerns with this transition or require additional support, please contact us at gnss at ga.gov.au.
