[IGSMAIL-8220] GFZRNX 2.0 released

Dear GNSS community,

We would like to announce the next release version of the gfzrnx RINEX-2/3/4 toolbox (gfzrnx-2.0).
This new release comes in connection with:

1) several minor bug fixes and enhancements,
2) support for the RINEX version 4.0 (-vo 4),
   RINEX-4 input, output and conversion in all directions.


The default output version is still RINEX 3.05.
For broadcast naviagation files the output version can be adjusted via the parameters -vo 3.04, -vo 3.05, -vo 4.

Any feedback (suggestions, bugs, etc.) is welcome and can be sent to gfzrnx_bug at gfz-potsdam.de.
