[IGSMAIL-8216] delay and re-submission of IGS ultra-rapid products GPS week 2215 dow 0 hr 12 and 18 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,


There was a delay of about 6 hours for the IGS ultra-rapid products for GPS week 2215, day of week 0 hr 18, which was most likely occurred because of the issues experienced by CDDIS services. The ultra-rapid products for hr 12 of the same day were also re-submitted due to the original submission being sub-optimal.


The products are now generated and submitted. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
