[IGSMAIL-8210] USCG NAVCEN (GPS NANU) Website Update

Dear colleagues,

I’d like to inform you that the Navigation Center of the United States Coast Guard (NAVCEN) updated their website.

This update affects users who programmatically and routinely downloaded the NANUs (Notice Advisories for NAVSTAR Users), almanacs or other advisories from this website.
