[IGSMAIL-8197] Resubmission of IGS ultra-rapid products 22082_00 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a problem in retrieving the analysis centre submissions for the IGS ultra-rapid products of GPS week 2208, day of week 2, hour 00, which resulted in the IGS combined products using suboptimal number of submissions and possibly degraded combined products.

The problem was resolved and the IGS products were re-generated and resubmitted to the global data centres. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
