All
The current BKG maintenance outage has disrupted the data of about 100 sites at the IGS Global Data Centers (GDC). As of 1700 EDT today, CDDIS has about 80% of the affect sites GNSS daily data back available on its site. Over the next 24 hours we hope to have all the GNSS highrate and hourly data for the affected sites as well. CDDIS will continue to explore alternate locations to acquire the data until the BKG data center is back online.
Sites wishing to send their data directly to CDDIS may contact support-cddis at earthdata.nasa.gov<mailto:support-cddis at earthdata.nasa.gov> and request access to upload data. If you are already a data provider to CDDIS, then it’s a simple matter of starting to provide other data you wish. If you are not a CDDIS data provider, then the process could take 1-2 days for approval. In any case, please reach out to CDDIS if you would like to explore providing your data to CDDIS.
If you are unfamiliar with CDDIS you may check out our FAQ (https://cddis.nasa.gov/About/FAQ.html) which will give you details about methods to get data from CDDIS along with examples. Any questions feel free to reach out to our helpdesk at support-cddis at earthdata.nasa.gov<mailto:support-cddis at earthdata.nasa.gov>
