[IGSMAIL-8105] Terminating public access to igscb.org

Dear IGS Community Member,

Please note that we will be terminating the public access to the temporary domain igscb.org, and all subdomains, effective 29 October 2021.

All users are asked to ensure that bookmarks and other links point to our permanent domain, igs.org, and not igscb.org.

Please contact the Central Bureau with any questions or concerns on this matter, and thank you for your ongoing support of the IGS.
