[IGSMAIL-8103] 4th Associate Member and Working Group Open Meeting

We are happy to announce that we will hold a virtual Associate Member and
Working Group morning open meeting on 7 December 2021 at 21:00 UTC.



The Open Associate Member meeting is open to all IGS Associate Members,
Governing Board, and Former Governing Board Members of the IGS, and
observers who would like to learn more about the IGS. Its intention is to
be a forum for our Associate Members and friends to gather in between
workshops to discuss ideas, learn about the IGS and its Working Groups.



This session will provide an opportunity for the working group chairs to
update both governing board members and associate members on progress /
issues resulting from the most recent workshop recommendations and virtual
Tour de l’IGS.



Additionally, we will be discussing the strategic goals and objectives of
the new IGS 2021+ Strategic Plan as we work toward a strong and resilient
multi-GNSS Service.



It will also provide a forum for discussion about how to move forward with
working group activities as we head towards the Boulder Workshop (28 June
to 1 July, 2022). The presentations will be short (5 minutes each) with 5
minutes for discussion after each.



Participants who are new to the IGS, or would like to join an IGS Working
Group, are especially welcome.
