Dear colleagues,
we are pleased to announce global ionosphere maps as a new GFZ GNSS
product. The solutions are computed with our in-house EPOS.P8 software
using GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo data. The processing is based on a
rigorous least-squares approach using uncombined code and phase
observations, and does not include GF combinations or leveling
techniques. At present, RAPID and FINAL solutions are provided in the
IONEX format.
The products are provided via the GFZ Information System and Data Center
(https://isdc.gfz-potsdam.de/gnss-products) and available from 2000. For
further information, please refer to:

Starting from GPS week 2171 (i.e., from 2021_227), the GFZ GIMs are used
for the second order ionospheric corrections in the GFZ FINAL processing.
Best regards,
Andreas Brack, on behalf of the GFZ AC team
