Call for abstracts and reminders of GNSS+R 2021

Here are some key notes:
- Each author just needs to submit an abstract of 200-500 words in the first submission (deadline: July 31).
- The reviewers will decide the accepted abstracts and we will notify the authors by August 15.
- The major format of the conference will be oral presentations. We are considering any other format such as virtual poster depending on the number of submissions.
- Authors presenting in the conference are recommended to submit a 2-4 pages conference paper manuscript in pdf after the conference (draft deadline: September 24)
- The final conference proceedings will be published online through IEEE Xplore (similar to IGARSS).
- A JSTARS special issue will also be available for authors who are interested to submit a journal paper (the link will be available soon).
