[IGSMAIL-8030] BKG DC downtime

Dear Colleagues,

BKG regional GNSS datacenter will undergo system maintenance on Wednesday, March 3 from 08:15-10:00 UTC. All services will be affected. File uploads via FTP will not be possible afterwards, only via SFTP. 
BKG real-time caster and services are not affected and will remain operational. 

We apologize for the inconvenience the downtime and the switch to SFTP for uploaders will cause and have caused. We will do our best to have operations fully restored in as short a time as possible.

Don't hesitate to contact us (BKG-GDC at bkg.bund.de) in case of questions, problems and bug reports.
