[IGSMAIL-8015] IGS Satellite Metadata File

Dear colleagues,

following the switch to the new IGS website, the IGS satellite metadata file is made available at https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/ with an updated file naming scheme.

The current file released last week is named "igs_satellite_metadata_2140.snx". It includes updates of mass and center of mass of the QZSS satellites J002 and J003.

The latest satellite metadata file is also available with the static filename "igs_satellite_metadata.snx" at  https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs_satellite_metadata.snx

Historic files can be found in the folder https://files.igs.org/pub/station/general/old_sat_meta. Information about satellite metadata and the satellite metadata format are available on the MGEX website:
