[IGSMAIL-7974] Reminder - Changes to GA regional data centre [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues.
Reminder that this change is scheduled to take place on 30 September, please modify your workflows if you access data from the Geoscience Australia data repository.
Clarification on site logs:  please note at the moment the site log files will remain in their current/existing location on our old FTP server (ftp.ga.gov.au).
 At Geoscience Australia we are working to ensure that the data from our GNSS networks is easier to find and access and that our stations provide full multi-GNSS support. In order to do this we are making some changes to our regional data centre.
 The planned changes are:

*        The transition to providing only RINEX version 3 data products for all GA owned and operated GNSS reference stations.

*        Moving our FTP access point from ftp://ftp.ga.gov.au to ftp://ftp.data.gnss.ga.gov.au.

*        Introducing a new API access point which will be our preferred access point for all GNSS data (details on how to access can be found at https://data.gnss.ga.gov.au/docs/).

*        All RINEX version 2 data files on the new access points have been converted from .Z compression to .gz compression (as approved by the RINEX WG https://kb.igs.org/hc/en-us/articles/201096516-IGS-Formats).
The new access points are live now and we recommend that you transition to them as soon as possible.
Please note that from the 30 September 2020 we will no longer be updating the old FTP access server.
