[IGSMAIL-7968] Transition high-rate RINEX v.2 to RINEX v.3 (30 September 2020)

Dear colleagues,

GFZ is currently providing RINEX v.2 high-rate (15M_01S) data to CDDIS from one of our old processing lines.

As of September 4, we will transition to provide RINEX v.3 high-rate data.
Due to an internal policy, we will upload this data with an artificial delay of 30 minutes.

If you need this data with a better latency, please refer to our local FTP archive:

ftp://isdcftp.gfz-potsdam.de/gnss/data/

We encourage you to cite the use of the data as follows:

Please be aware that we will stop submitting high-rate RINEX v.2 files to CDDIS by the 30 September 2020.
