[IGSMAIL-7966] New IGS Station: USP100FJI

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the addition of the following station to the IGS Network:

USP100FJI   Suva, Fiji           PANDA PD51A   HXCCGX601A       HXCS      GPS+GLO+GAL+BDS   3        30s

The data is being published at Wuhan and IGN.  This new station is also providing real-time data.  We appreciate Beihang University for providing this station.
