[IGSMAIL-7946] Save the *new* Date: IGS Workshop 2021

Dear IGS Community Member,

On behalf of the Boulder Workshop Local Organizing Committee, the Central
Bureau is happy to announce the new dates for our next IGS Workshop: 27
September to 1 October, 2021. The workshop will still be held in Boulder,
Colorado, USA.

Given the extraordinary situation that our global community is
experiencing, we would appreciate you indicating your interest,
willingness, and flexibility with regard to attending the 2021 workshop
here https://forms.gle/UoN2Ji3Chb1n7WRM7. The local organizers greatly
appreciate your participation in this survey, as it will help determine if
the workshop is held entirely in-person, virtually, or an in-person/virtual
hybrid.

We kindly request that you submit your answer to the survey by the end of
July. Additional information will be made available on the IGS website
<https://www.igscb.org/workshop2021/> closer to the event.
