[IGSMAIL-7939] Maitnenace operations at IGN upload server

Dear colleagues,

So as to better face with an increasing number of connections and amount of data uploaded, maintenance operations at IGS upload server at igsdepot.ign.fr are necessary.
Whereas the outage was planned to be a few hours when started late yesterday afternoon, the completion of work and return of service is now estimated as 11 June 2020.

We will inform you when it is back to operation.

Let us remind you that the upload server available at igsdepot.ensg.eu witth the same connection parameters is working properly.
