[IGSMAIL-7913] Long filenames for DLR's broadcast ephemerides

Dear colleagues,

the German Aerospace Center (DLR) contributes to the Multi-GNSS Pilot Project (MGEX) with two different types of GNSS broadcast ephemerides products:

* brdm: merged broadcast ephemerides for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, IRNSS, and SBAS generated from real-time streams of about 35 stations in RINEX 3 format, available since 1/2013. For details see http://mgex.igs.org/IGS_MGEX_Products.php

* brdx: merged CNAV and LNAV broadcast ephemerides for GPS and QZSS generated from real-time streams of about 10 stations in a dedicated format, available since 118/2014. Both products are currently provided in short 8+3 filenames in the MGEX archives of CDDIS, the brdm product is also available at BKG and IGN. In order to comply with the RINEX 3 file naming conventions and to integrate multi-GNSS products in the regular repositories at the IGS data centers instead of the MGEX campaign directory, both products are provided with long filenames:

brdm: BRDM00DLR_S_yyyydddd0000_01D_MN.rnx.gz
brdx: BRDX00DLR_S_yyyydddd0000_01D_MN.rnx.gz

with 4-digit year yyyy and 3-digit day of year ddd. These files are available at

For a transition period, broadcast products with short and long filenames will be provided in parallel. The submission of files with short filenames will be stopped end of April 2020.
