[IGSMAIL-7912] NAS failure in INRIM ITA - IENG files MISSING

Hello,
this is to inform everybody that the institutional NAS of the Italian Time
Laboratory is in failure since March 23. This is impacting the IENG files
we usually send to IGS. The present restrictions due to Covid-19 are
preventing us to intervene quickly. We apologise and foreseen the
possibility of a recovery or the set up of a workaround solution in the
next couple of days.
