[IGSMAIL-7909] igs14_2097.atx: Update including new GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite G075

Dear colleagues

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs14_2097.atx'. It contains the following changes:



1)      According to CODE BLOCK IIA satellite SVN 034 has stopped transmitting L-band
Using PRN18 on approximately 9. March 2020. Following decommission date
has been added:
G18 (G034): 9. March 2020


2)      According to NANU 2020011 (https://www.navcen.uscg.gov/?Do=gpsShowNanu&num=2020011) ,

Block IIIA satellite SVN75 has started to transmit L-band utilizing PRN18. CODE observed that the

Satellite became active on approximately 13. March 2020. Following satellite entry has been added:

G18 (G075): 13. March 2020



The PCO and PV values from satellite SVN074 (Block IIIA) have been used as preliminary patterns

for the satellite SVN075


The updated antenna correction model is available at
